How much does a corporate video cost?

In Casual’s sold budgets, most live-action films cost US$25,000 to US$75,000 in the US, and most animated films US$15,000 to US$27,000. Versions, languages, cut-downs, paid actors or presenters, extra rounds of changes and shoot locations add to that. The calculator prices each one for your film.

What about social cut-downs or a year of content?

Social cut-downs from a finished film start from US$1,200. If you need them every month, a monthly post-production programme is far more cost-effective at scale. Year-round content programmes start at US$10,000 a month, and you can agree a yearly budget and draw it down film by film.

What makes a video cost more?

Shoot locations, paid actors, presenters or voiceover artists (more so for paid ads and TV), extra languages, edits for different audiences, social cut-downs, extra rounds of changes and a rushed timeline.

Where do the figures come from?

From 496 budgets Casual’s clients agreed between October 2024 and August 2026, in the UK, US and Hong Kong. They’re agreed budgets, not final invoices.

How can I make my budget go further?

Plan every version before the shoot, agree the script before you film and use local crews directed remotely. Casual’s AI video production service makes cut-downs and language versions from the finished edit, and our edit teams in Singapore, London and San Francisco hand a film on round the clock, so a tight deadline needs fewer extra people.

Is this what Casual will charge?

It’s a range from what clients actually paid. Every film is quoted on its own brief. Send us your estimate and a producer will reply within two working hours.

Can I share the estimate with finance?

Yes. Add your work email to see the full breakdown, then copy a link that opens the same estimate for 180 days.
