As a Producer at Casual Films, you will be responsible for delivering multiple projects on time, on brief and on budget whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality across our output. You will be the point of contact from brief to delivery, involved in creative development, quoting and client management. The resulting films will be exceptional because of your input. We create both live action and animation and are interested in producers who specialise in either discipline as well as generalist candidates who would like to do both. Please note, this is a temporary fixed term position for maternity cover. The role is expected to end between 1st November 2021 and 1st February 2022 when the permanent employee returns to full time work.

All candidates must have at least two years' experience of working in a production role within corporate video. Applicants without any corporate experience need not apply. We are looking for a hungry and talented individual who wants to work hard and develop quickly in their career. We are very proud of our happy company culture and all our hires need to display our five values:

Be Passionate About Making Clients Happy

Be Can-Do & Proactive

Be Team Spirited & Accountable

Do More With Less

Be Open & Positive.

An ideal candidate would be someone with both agency and production experience. While producing great films is a must, we place a premium on the ability to deliver excellent client service.
