Casual Films

Casual Films is a film and animation production group based in London, New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles. In the past two years we’ve been voted in the top two corporate production companies in the UK by our peers.

We’re twelve years old. We have an in-house team of around 40 people. We’ve won a whole bunch of awards. We make films for companies and charities that make people feel stuff, buy stuff, love stuff, want stuff, apply for stuff and donate their money to stuff.

We’re a close team that punches above its weight with accolades, creativity and client base. We’re ambitious, full of great ideas and we work hard.

Our client list is exciting and growing and so is our team. We want the very best to join us.

Responsibilities

As a Creative at Casual Films, you will be responsible for the creative direction of our projects. You will draw up treatments and proposals in response to briefs from our clients and - where appropriate - involve yourself in the filmmaking process to bring them to life.

You must be able to take messaging from Fortune 500 companies, and reimagine it as creative, effective and engaging video content. Your ideas must correlate to the budget.

You will be the main voice when it comes to pitching and communicating your ideas to our clients, so client facing experience is essential.

You will be joining our New York production team alongside two Executive producers, two producers, two production coordinators, and one Creative. Our clients are all multinational firms or companies that are the leader in their industry ranging from finance to hospitality.

Our films will be exceptional because of your input.
